Trace Amount crossed to the outside soon after the start checking Sir Charleton. Sir Charleton and Beau Mambo collided on the first turn. Sir Charleton faltered in the front straight and tailed off. Jaycee and Buck Forty collided on the second turn. Ernest Bale and Trace Amount collided on the third turn. Jaycee contacted the running rail on the fourth turn.
Jaycee was vetted following the event. It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.
Sir Charleton was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injury to the right back muscle, a 28 day stand down period was imposed.
