Steward's Report
Stewards spoke to D Todd, the trainer of Penny Pitstop, regarding the length of time the greyhound has had between races. Penny Pitstop last raced on 7th December, 2015. Mr Todd stated that the greyhound was returning to race after being on season.
Say Nothing was quick to begin. Laboomba was very slow to begin (3L). Ultra Bright, Mighty Winston and Jesterday collided approaching the first turn, checking Mighty Winston. Ultra Bright and Mighty Winston collided approaching the home turn, checking Ultra Bright. Hurry Up Chief and Jesterday collided approaching the home turn, checking Jesterday. Laboomba raced wide on the home turn, checking Mighty Winston. Ultra Bright and Mighty Winston collided in the home straight.
