Tilly Rocks was quick to begin. Bronte's Flyer was slow to begin. Cee Hannah Rose, Cool Al, Secret Chord and Sidey collided approaching the first turn, checking Secret Chord. Secret Chord checked off Cool Al approaching the first turn. Tarkedia Spring and Bronte's Flyer raced wide entering the home straight.
Bronte's Flyer was vetted following the event after the greyhound performed below market expectations. It was reported that the greyhound sustained no apparent injury.
