Dr. Cadenza, Sure To Excite and Pepper Fire collided soon after the start checking Sure To Excite. Dr. Darkrai and Noosa Jet collided soon after the start. Rock Up Top checked off My Name's Red approaching the first turn checking Noosa Jet and Dr. Cadenza, severely checking Dr. Darkrai who fell. My Name's Red and Pepper Fire collided on the first turn checking My Name's Red. Rock Up Top and Dr. Cadenza collided approaching the second turn. Sure To Excite crossed to the rail on the third turn checking Pepper Fire.
Dr. Darkrai was vetted following the event. It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.
