St. Pauli was quick to begin. Pius Thicknesse and Me Bros Bad were slow to begin. Baloney Bill, Tegxcellent and She's Wicked collided soon after the start, checking Baloney Bill. She's Wicked checked off Tegxcellent approaching the first turn. Tegxcellent and Me Bros Bad collided on the first turn. Pius Thicknesse contacted the running rail on the first turn. Dashing Dino galloped on the heels of Zou Bisou Bisou on the first turn, checking Zou Bisou Bisou, Dashing Dino, Pius Thicknesse and She's Wicked.
