Steward's Report
Scott It was a late scratching at 10:04am due to an elevated temperature (GAR 23). A 10 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards will require a veterinary certificate before any future nomination will be accepted.
John John Lava, Topper Teretto and Benny Mac were slow to begin. Rohan Hill and Quina Bale collided approaching the first turn. Rohan Hill, Rock Up Top and Topper Teretto collided on the first turn checking Rohan Hill and Rock Up Top and causing Benny Mac to race wide.
Topper Teretto was vetted following the event. It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.
A sample was taken from Sacramento Sal, the winner of the event.
