Alpha Nemesis and Unsub Andy were quick to begin and collided approaching the first turn. Who Dey and Dyna Maddie collided on the first turn, checking Who Dey. Unsub Andy and Mademoiselle Sox collided entering the back straight, checking Tambay Bale. Rise Above It and Who Dey collided in the back straight, checking Who Dey. Beks checked off Alpha Nemesis approaching the home turn. Rise Above It checked off Tambay Bale approaching the home turn.
Unsub Andy was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained injuries to the right calf muscle and left pencil muscle, a 14 day stand down period was imposed.
