Blue Noise crossed to the rail approaching the first turn checking Our's And, Toe Cutter and Water Bag. Maori Winslow, Water Bag and Bet Bet May collided approaching the first turn checking Toe Cutter and Ditzy Lea and severely checking El Henley and Bet Bet May. Bet Bet May fell as a result. Water Bag and Our's And collided approaching the home turn checking Our's And. Ditzy Lea raced wide on the home turn and again entering the home straight.
El Henley was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injury to the left thigh. A 10 day stand down period was imposed.
