Gave Surf Away was quick to begin. Ashanti Regal was slow to begin. Remo Coffee, Little Ralphy and From Davine collided approaching the first turn checking From Davine. Ashanti Regal checked off From Davine approaching the home turn. Gave Surf Away, From Davine and Lady Chief collided in the home straight checking From Davine and Lady Chief.
Ashanti Regal was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injury to it's right shoulder. A 10 day stand down period was imposed.
