Flash Apollo checked off Oshkosh Expert on the first turn, checking Cuban Fury and So Amazing. Oshkosh Expert and Sisco Rascal collided on the first turn. Flash Apollo and Oshkosh Wayne collided on the first turn, checking So Amazing and Katlin. Cuban Fury and Flash Apollo collided approaching the second turn, checking both greyhounds. Cuban Fury, So Amazing, Flash Apollo and Katlin collided on the second turn, checking Cuban Fury, So Amazing and Flash Apollo. Oshkosh Wayne galloped on Sisco Rascal on the third turn. Oshkosh Wayne and Sisco Rascal collided on the home turn and again in the home straight.

Exploration was slow to begin. Paxton Bale and Oshkosh Uni Chet collided soon after the start. Gold Ticket and Jaxcee Sprinter collided approaching the first turn. Gold Ticket, Jaxcee Sprinter, Gats As Promised and Paxton Bale collided approaching the first turn, checking Gold Ticket, Jaxcee Sprinter and Gats As Promised. Kayley's Comet checked off Oshkosh Uni Chet on the first turn. Oshkosh Alaska checked off Kayley's Comet on the first turn, checking Gold Ticket, Gats As Promised and Exploration. Oshkosh Alaska and Jaxcee Sprinter collided on the first turn and again on the second turn, checking Oshkosh Alaska and Gats As Promised. Jaxcee Sprinter and Gats As Promised collided on the third turn, approaching the home turn and again on the home turn, checking Jaxcee Sprinter.

Jaxcee Sprinter was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained inuries to the right shoulder and gastrocnemius muscles. A seven-day stand down period was imposed.

Brindle Bay, Black Legend and Lireva were slow to begin. Dyna Dean and Jacey Allen collided soon after the start, checking Dyna Dean. Jacey Allen, Dyna Dean and Dyna Lassie collided on the first turn, checking Jacey Allen and Tiggerlong Ray, and severely checking Lireva and Dyna Dean. Black Legend, Bullseye Eagle and Tiggerlong Ray collided several times approaching the home turn and again on the home turn, checking Bullseye Eagle and Tiggerlong Ray. Dyna Dean and Dyna Lassie collided on the home turn.

Lireva was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained no apparent injury. No stand down period.

Ruby's Cheekstar and Empress Rose were quick to begin. Zipping Naida, Wendy Can't Run, Roman's Legend, Midnight Elsa and Ruby's Cheekstar collided approaching the first turn, checking Zipping Nadia, Wendy Can't Run, Roman's Legend, Midnight Elsa and Wonder Doug. Zipping Nadia checked off Midnight Elsa on the second turn. Empress Rose checked off Ruby's Cheekstar approaching the third turn.

Scott It was quick to begin. Victoria Rose, Gold Diva and Shez Impetuous collided on the first turn, checking Shez Impetuous. Helen Baxter checked off Hot Charmola approaching the second turn. Victoria Rose checked off Dyna Nana in the back straight, checking Gold Diva. Shez Impetuous checked off Dyna Nana on the third turn, checking Miss Pie and Victoria Rose. Dyna Nana and Helen Baxter collided in the home straight.

Manzeene Man and Becky Bale collided soon after the start and again approaching the first turn. Manzeene Man and Behind The Mask collided on the first turn. Zipping Zeus and Behind The Mask collided on the first turn. Zipping Zeus eased approaching the winning post, checking Zipping Zeus, Victor Dora, Apex Pro and He's Loaded.

Stewards spoke to Ms Carolyn Jones, the trainer of the greyhound Zipping Zeus, regarding the greyhound’s racing manners approaching the winning post. Zipping Zeus was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injury to the right pectoral (chest) muscle, a seven-day stand down period was imposed. Acting under GAR 69(B)(1), the stewards charged Zipping Zeus with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment (by reason of injury).  Ms. Jones pleaded guilty to the charge, Zipping Zeus was found guilty and stewards directed that the greyhound perform a Satisfactory Trial (all tracks) pursuant to GAR 69(B)(1)(a), before any future nomination will be accepted.

Shakey Jet and Teflon Travis collided soon after the start. Paranoia and Stylish Chief collided on the first turn, checking Stylish Chief, Teflon Travis, Merc and Clovalley Dave.
