Aqua Cheetah and Riveting were slow to begin. Master Riot and Still The One collided approaching the first turn. Aqua Cheetah checked off To The Galo's approaching the first turn. Aqua Cheetah checked off Master Riot on the home turn and collided with Still The One; Still The One and Crackerjack Choc were severely checked and raced wide as a result.
Crackerjack Choc was vetted following the event. It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.
Still The One was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injury to its right back muscle. A 5 day stand down period was imposed.
