Patchie Thief was quick to begin. Hillbilly Boy was slow to begin. Daintree Prinz was very slow to begin (3L). Greysynd Ash, Patchie Thief and Arizona collided soon after the start checking Arizona. Kraken Aye Kay, Greysynd Ash and Patchie Chief collided approaching the first turn checking Patchie Chief and severely checking Fancy Hope which stumbled. Kraken Aye Kay and Greysynd Ash collided on the first turn. Fancy Hope and Arizona collided on the first turn checking Arizona. Kraken Aye Kay and Greysynd Ash collided approaching the home turn.
