Dream Wave was quick to begin.  Galloping Bobby was slow to begin.  Texas Piledriver and Sunset Senorita collided soon after the start.  Ima Terror was checked off Gutsy Manolis on the first turn checking Lucky Andy.  Texas Piledriver was checked off Sunset Senorita on the first turn checking Ima Terror and severely checking Lucky Andy causing Texas Piledriver to lose considerable ground.  Galloping Bobby galloped on Gutsy Manolis on the second turn causing Sunset Senorita to gallop on Galloping Bobby.  Dream Wave and Gutsy Manolis collided approaching the second turn and again on the second turn checking Dream Wave.  Sunset Senorita and Gutsy Monolis collided on the second turn.  Dream Wave and Galloping Bobby collided several times approaching the home turn.  Dream Wave and Galloping Bobby collided in the home straight.

Galloping Bobby was vetted following the event.  It was reported that there was no injury apparent.

Stewards issued a warning to Mr. R. Conway the trainer of Galloping Bobby regarding the greyhound's racing manners approaching the home turn.

Roman Around was a late scratching at 5.19pm on the advice of the Club's Veterinary Surgeon due to a papilloma on the left hind foot. A 5 day stand down period was imposed. 

Kayo King and Zipping Keith were slow to begin.  Johnny Bullet, Zipping Stu, Sidute, Kayo King and Emily As collided soon after the start checking all five greyhounds.  Zipping Stu and Sidute collided approaching the first turn.  Sidute was checked off Emily As on the first turn checking Sidute, Johnny Bullet and Zipping Stu.  Sidute and Johnny Bullet collided several times approaching the second turn checking both greyhounds.  Sidute and Johnny Bullet collided in the back straight checking Johnny Bullet and Zipping Stu.  Zipping Stu and Johnny Bullet collided approaching the home turn.

Irish Mobster was quick to begin.  Happy Deejay was slow to begin.  Dr. Luvdisc and Renajohn collided approaching the first turn.  Cheerful Scout and Dr. Luvdisc collided on the first turn.  Dr. Luvdisc and Wot Price Flash collided approaching the second turn.  Cheerful Scout and Renajohn collided approaching the second turn.  Cheerful Scout was checked off Renajohn on the second turn.  Happy Deejay and Renajohn collided entering the back straight and several times between the third turn and the home turn severely checking both greyhounds.  Big Hook and Wot Price Flash collided on the home turn. Aeroplane Jet was checked off Big Hook approaching the winning post.

Kynan's Magic was a late scratching at 4.56pm on the advice of the Club's Veterinary Surgeon due to a laceration to the right hind foot. A 10 day stand down period was imposed. 

Prince To Excel, Fabstar and Eli's Jet collided soon after the start.  Miss Spence crossed to the rail on the first turn checking Prince To Excel, Fabstar, Alexanderia, Zelemar Doll and Miss Spence and severley checking Eli's Jet, Alexanderia stumbled as a result.  Beljay Fantasy and Zelemar Doll collided approaching the home turn and several times in the home straight. 

Moore Of Darcy was quick to begin.  Wadelock Willow and Zipping Alex collided soon after the start.  Eduardo Rose and Swan's Waddle collided soon after the start.  Hotlips Matilda and Dr. Logan collided on the first turn checking Dr. Logan.  Wadelock Willow and Zipping Nolen collided on the first turn.  Swan's Waddle and Zipping Alex collided on the first turn.  Hotlips Matilda and Wadelock Willow collided on the second turn.  Swan's Waddle was checked off Zipping Alex on the third turn.  Eduardo Rose and Zipping Alex collided entering the home straight checking Zipping Alex.  Eduardo Rose and Swan's Waddle collided approaching the winning post.

Marciarno Miss and Project Boy were quick to begin.  Marciarno Miss and Project Boy collided on the first turn checking Project Boy.  Kiss My Fuji, Paua Invader, Marciarno Miss and Oakstar collided on the first turn checking Paua Invader and Marciarno Miss and severely checking Oakstar which raced wide.  Me The Chief and Project Boy collided on the first turn checking Project Boy.

Rylee's Rookie was quick to begin.  Ima Screw Loose was slow to begin.  Sir Reuben, Busta Voe, Silver Rockstar and Rack Tap Rack collided soon after the start checking Busta Voe, Silver Rockstar and Rack Tap Rack.  Sir Reuben and Busta Voe collided on the first turn.  Rack Tap Rack faltered entering the back straight.

Rack Tap Rack was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injured left back muscle, a 14 day stand down period was imposed.

Sir Bridgborn and Call Me Tickets were slow to begin.  Blingified and Droopy's Bentley collided soon after the start.  Louie Neveelk, Sir Bridgborn and Call Me Tickets collided on the first turn checking Louie Neveelk and Call Me Tickets.  Mizuki was checked off Dr. Brandon on the second turn checking Big Zap.  Blingified was checked off Dr. Brandon entering the back straight.  Blingified and Louie Neveelk collided in the back straight.  Mizuki and Call Me Tickets collided on the third turn severley checking Mizuki.

Barroom Express and Nods One were slow to begin.  Nero Rose and Locomotion collided soon after the start.  Rerod Magic crossed to the rail approaching the first turn checking Somersby Red and Jetmag Ink.  Nero Rose, Locomotion and Rerod Magic collided on the first turn checking Dee Mum's Girl and Rerod Magic.  Dee Mum's Girl was checked off Rerod Magic on the second turn.  Locomotion and Jetmag Ink collided on the second turn.  Somersby Red and Nods One collided approaching the home turn.

Ole Kirk, Shifty Joshua, Bronelly Spike and Fear Fire were slow to begin.  Californa Levo crossed in soon after the start checking Fear Fire, Bronelly Spike and Shifty Joshua.  Californa Levo and Gardot collided on the first turn severely checking Californa Levo.  Shifty Joshua contacted the running rail on the first turn.  Ole Kirk, Bright Sky and Gardot collided on the first turn causing Fear Fire to check off Gardot checking Californa Levo and Bronelly Spike.  Ole Kirk and Gardot collided approaching the home turn.  Shifty Joshua and Fear Fire collided approaching the home turn.  Shifty Joshua crossed out on the home turn checking Fear Fire and Bronelly Spike.

Maverick Flash and Sugar Bang were quick to begin.  Jay Kay Be went up with the lids at box rise and was slow to begin.  Ginger Pieces and Harsh Miles collided approaching the first turn.  Select Sanz eased on the first turn.  Jay Kay Be was checked off Harsh Miles approaching the home turn checking Ravenwood.

 Select Sanz was vetted following the event and after being re-vetted following event 12 it was reported that there was no injury apparent.

Stewards spoke to Mr. B. Scott the representative of the greyhound Select Sanz regarding the greyhound's racing manners on the first turn.  Acting under GAR 69(A)(1) Stewards charged Select Sanz with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment.  Mr. Scott pleaded guilty to the charge,, Select Sanz was found guilty and it was directed that the gryhound perform a satisfactory trial all tracks pursuant to GAR 69(A)((2)(a) before any future nomination will be accepted. 

Mr M Mihailovic, the trainer of Shintaro Junetsu declared a new weight of 28.3kgs for the greyhound in a ccordance with GAR 39(2). Shintaro Junetsu last raced at 26.7kgs.

Baroque Inn was quick to begin.  Walmac was slow to begin.  Shintaro Junetsu and Hip Hop Emmy collided soon after the start checking Hip Hop Emmy.  Lloyd Street and Dovizioso collided on the first turn.  Baroque Inn was checked off Bobby's Rascal on the first turn.  Hip Hop Emmy was checked off Walmac on the second turn.  Bobby's Rascal and Dovizioso collided approaching the home turn.  Bobby's Rascal was checked off Dovizioso entering the home straight.

Meeting comments:-

Due to a malfunction with the tractor, track staff were unable to prepare the track to run on schedule for race 8.  Races 8 to 12 were re-scheduled to the following times:
