Clanda Lass crossed to the rail approaching the first turn checking Airbound, Our Shiraz, Charlie Pearce, Emrys, Tricky Mover and Sisco Rage. Emrys, Our Shiraz and Airbound collided on the first turn severely checking Our Shiraz. Our Shiraz contacted the running rail approaching the second turn. Emrys checked off Airbound on the second turn. Airbound and Andelven collided approaching the home turn. Emrys checked off Airbound on the home turn checking Tricky Mover.
Our Shiraz was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injury to the right pencil muscle. A 5 day stand down period was imposed.
