Rusty Sidebottom was a late scratching at 4.55pm on the advice of the Club's Veterinary Surgeon due to a wound on the left front leg, a 10 day stand down period was imposed.

Alotta Memories was quick to begin.  Far Out Indian turned in the box and was very slow to begin (6 lengths).  Mum's Soul and Taabinga Fella were slow to begin.  Alotta Memories crossed to the rail soon after the start.  Unimaginable and Mum's Soul collided on the first turn.  Unimaginable was checked off Mum's Soul on the third turn.  Irish Mobster and Mum's Soul collided approaching the home turn checking Irish Mobster and severely checking Mum's Soul.

Far Out Indian was vetted following the event.  It was reported that there was no injury apparent.

Stewards established that Far Out Indian turned in the box.  Acting under GAR 52(1) Far Out Indian was placed on a satisfactory trial all tracks before any future nomination will be accepted.

Where Are We was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injured left monkey muscle, a 10 day stand down period was imposed.

Stewards spoke to Ms. J. Baldwin regarding her difficulty in boxing the greyhound Love The Grub.  Stewards directed that Love The Grub be boxed first in future events.

Cowrie was slow to begin.  Logic Lad, Get Along Daisy and Rail Rider collided on the first turn.  Disco Diamond was checked off Rail Rider on the first turn checking Cowrie.  Logic Lad and Sweet Rhonda collided on the second turn.  Rail Rider raced wide approaching the home turn.  Sweet Rhonda raced wide in the home straight.

Dr. Ripped was a late scratching at 5.00pm due to weight variation (GAR 39).  A 10 day stand down period was imposed.  Trainer Mr. W. McMahon was fined the sum of $100.

Soda Man was quick to begin.  Memphis Dream was slow to begin.  Mr. Stealer and Cosmic Missile collided soon after the start.  Charm Again, Mr. Stealer and Cosmic Missile collided approaching the first turn checking Charm Again and Mr. Stealer.  Memphis Dream was checked off Bekim Goddess on the first turn.  Dash Of Rose and Cosmic Missile collided approaching the second turn.  Mr. Stealer and Bekim Goddess collided on the second turn checking Bekim Gossess.

Wrong Given Way, Lisburn Gem and Boss Senor were slow to begin.  Dr. Klaas and Heston Lodge collided soon after the start checking Dr. Klaas.  Wrong Given Way was checked off Heston Lodge on the first turn causing Wrong Given Way and Lisburn Gem to collide.  Dr. Samson raced wide approaching the second turn.  Aston Dima, Heston Lodge and Boss Senor collided on the third turn checking Boss Senor.  Dr. Klaas and Dr. Samson collided approaching the home turn.  Heston Lodge and Boss Senor collided on the home turn.  Dr. Klaas was checked off Dr. Samson entering the home straight.

I'm So Late was slow to begin.  Parumba Lachlan and Machiko collided approaching the first turn.  Machiko was checked off Carly Jay approaching the second turn.  Machiko and I'm So Late collided on the second turn.  Flip was checked off Show Bag Carter entering the back straight.  Flip and Parumba Lachlan collided approaching the winning post.

Jungle Jane and Mizuki collided soon after the start.  Bare Bones and Jungle Jane collided approaching the first turn checking Jungle Jane.  Avon Power raced wide on the first turn checking Mizuki and Marciarno Miss.  Marciarno Miss raced wide in the back straight.

Fawn Pursuit was a late scratching at 4.50pm on the advice of the Club's Veterinary Surgeon due to dehydration, a 3 day stand down period was imposed.

Ms. L. Smith the representative for the greyhound Cosmic Tate declared a new weight of 32.1kg for the greyhound in accordance with GAR 39(2).  Cosmic Tate last raced at 30.9kg.

Stewards spoke to Ms. L. Smith the representative of Cosmic Tate regarding the length of time the greyhound has been between races.  Cosmic Tate last raced on 17/10/15.  Ms. Smith stated that the greyhound was returning to racing following a monkey muscle injury.

Zenergy was quick to begin.  Ginger Pieces was very slow to begin (3 lengths).  Maverick Flash and Rodarte Quayle collided on the first turn checking both greyhounds.

Stewards spoke to Ms. M. Shaw the representative for Arome Peche regarding the time the greyhound has had between races.  Arome Peche last raced on 19/08/15.  Ms. Shaw stated that the greyhound was returning to racing following a change of kennel and a new trainer.

Make That Call was slow to begin.  Dynamo Magic and Tiger Whelan collided approaching the first turn.  Brandon's Way, Make That Call and Harsh Miles collided approaching the first turn.  Dynamo Magic, Revelling, Arome Peche and Willowvale Pearl collided on the first turn checking Revelling and Arome Peche and severley checking Willowvale Pearl.  Make That Call raced wide in the back straight checking Arome Peche.  Tiger Whelan was checked off Dynamo Magic on the home turn.
