A pre-race sample was taken from Felton Bale upon arrival at the course, prior to kennelling.
Invictus Blu was quick to begin. Zipping Zeus, Buck Forty, Go Go Treetment and Allen Portland were slow to begin. Bag Of Magic went up with the lids and was very slow to begin (3 lengths). Go Go Treetment and Allen Portland collided soon after the start. Go Go Treetment checked off Allen Portland approaching the first turn. Zipping Zeus, Buck Forty and Allen Portland collided approaching the first turn checking Buck Forty and Allen Portland. Gassy's Pride and Zipping Zeus collided on the second turn. Bags Of Magic and Buck Forty collided on the second turn. Buck Forty and Allen Portland collided in the back straight and again approaching the third turn checking Bag Of Magic and Allen Portland. Allen Portland checked off Go Go Treetment entering the home straight.
