Stewards spoke to Mrs J. Greenough, the trainer of Stella Nights regarding the length of time the greyhound has had between races.  Stella Nights last raced on 17/09/2015. Mrs Greenough stated that the greyhound was returning from being on season.

Nifty Neveelk and Zipping Kane collided approaching the second turn checking Nifty Neveelk.  Hession Boots and Quarrel Bale collided on the first turn checking Quarrel Bale, Stella Nights and Proven Scary.  Hession Boots and Runaway Shaye collided several times on the fourth turn.  Zipping Kane checked off Unaffordable on the fourth turn.  Hession Boots and Runaway Shaye collided approaching the home turn checking Runaway Shaye.  Hession Boots and Unaffordable collided several times approaching the winning post.

Stewards issued a warning to catcher of Hession Boots, Mr. Justin Ambrosini, for the use of his mobile phone on track when catching a greyhound.

Bronco De Jurer and Banjo Bewdy collided soon after the start.  One For Me and Enduro Miss collided soon after the start.  Brown Bomber and Valoshore collided approaching the first turn checking Brown Bomber.  Banjo Bewdy and Enduro Miss collided on the first turn.  Bronco De Jurer and Kenju Bale collided entering the front straight.  Banjo Bewdy checked off Bronco De Jurer on the second turn and again approaching the third turn.  Bronco  De Jurer and Valoshore collided on the home turn.  Enduro Miss and Kenju Bale collided approaching the winning post.

Become the Fuse was slow to begin.

Allen Oregon and Smokem Jimmy collided approaching the first turn.  Destini Blaze and Weblec Belle collided on the first turn.  Walt Bale and Sausage Sizzle collided on the first turn checking Smokem Jimmy.  Become The Fuse and Allen Oregon collided on the fourth turn checking Allen Oregon.  Allen Oregon and Become The Fuse collided approaching the winning post.

White Bandit, Fleetwood Zac and Skate Thin Ice collided soon after the start.  White Bandit and Daliya Bale collided approaching the first turn.  Fleetwood Zac checked of Memphis Jookin' on the first turn and stumbled as a result.  Daliya Bale and Megan Keeping collided on the second turn severely checking Megan Keeping.  Skate Thin Ice galloped on Daliya Bale entering the back straight checking Skate Thin Ice, Daliya Bale and Megan Keeping.  Skate Thin Ice checked off Megan Keeping approaching the home turn checking Fleetwood Zac.

Master Tron and Dewana Babe collided soon after the start checking Dewana Babe.  Why Not Wayne crossed to the rail on the first turn checking Same Day, causing Cashin' In and Master Tron to fall and severely checking Dewana Babe with Cashin' In and Master Tron subsequently pulling up.  Ivy Bale and Why Not Wayne collided on the third turn and again in the back straight.  Why Not Wayne and Just A Dot collided approaching the winning post.

Master Tron was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained a left & right shoulder muscle and right fore toe injury, a 10 day stand down period was imposed.

Veetee Swift was slow to begin.

Eaton Bale and Demon Bale collided soon after the start checking Demon Bale.  Demon Bale checked off Zall Good on the first turn and in turn checked Veetee Swift, causing Demon Bale to stumble and lose considerable ground as a result.  Who Told Red contacted the running rail approaching the second turn.  Zipping Zeus checked off Bag Of Magic approaching the second turn.  Veetee Swift checked off Eaton Bale on the home turn.

Meeting Comments:

Stewards spoke to Mr. J. Ambrosini and charged him with a breach of GRV LRR:16.2 after he failed to produce his certificate of registration to stewards.  Mr J. Ambrosini pleaded guilty and was subsequently fined the sum of  $50.00.
