Sly Shiraz was slow to begin. In A Spin contacted the running rail on the first turn, checking Sly Shiraz and Dashing Impulse.

Tee Cee Benny was slow to begin. Why Not Sue and Brae's Bullet collided soon after the start. Duty Free checked off So Fine soon after the start. Duty Free checked off Princess Pout approaching the first turn. Why Not Sue and Brae's Bullet collided approaching the first turn and again on the first turn, checking both greyhounds. Banjo Fever and Duty Free collided on the third turn, checking Duty Free. Limburg Gunna and Duty Free collided approaching the home turn, checking Duty Free. So Fine and Tee Cee Benny collided on the home turn, checking So Fine. 

Duty Free was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injury to the left hind pad, a five day stand down period was imposed.

Permafrost and Limburg Ava were slow to begin. Allen Kelvin and Nolen's Fortune collided on the first turn, checking Nolen's Fortune. Dashing Moments and Dazzling Diva collided on the first turn, checking both greyhounds. Dashing Moments checked off Limburg Ava on the second turn. Permafrost checked off Dazzling Diva on the third turn. John John Lava and Allen Kelvin collided on the home turn, checking Allen Kelvin. Allen Kelvin checked off John John Lava on the home turn. Precipitate was slow to begin. Royal Knocka and Diamond collided soon after the start. Ultimate Conor and Poppy Pete collided approaching the first turn. Precipitate clipped the heels of Sally's Cookie approaching the first turn, checking Sally's Cookie and severely checking Precipitate which fell as a result. Ultimate Conor, Royal Knocka and Royal Cosmic collided on the first turn, checking Royal Knocka, Sally's Cookie, Royal Cosmic and Diamond. Ultimate Conor marred the running of Royal Cosmic on the second turn, checking Royal Cosmic, Diamond and Sally's Cookie. Royal Cosmic crossed to the rail on the third turn, checking Sally's Cookie. 

Precipitate was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injury to the left side of the neck, no stand down period was imposed. 

Ultimate Conor was vetted following the event. It was reported that there was no apparent injury found. 

Stewards spoke to Mr. F. Andrighetto, the trainer of the greyhound Ultimate Conor regarding the greyhounds racing manners on the second turn.  Acting under GAR 69(1) stewards charged Ultimate Conor with marring. Mr. Andrighetto pleaded guilty to the charge, Ultimate Conor was found guilty and suspended the greyhound for 3 months (all tracks) and it was directed that the greyhound perform a Satisfactory Trial (all tracks), pursuant to GAR 69(2)(b), before any future nomination will be accepted.

Sea Fever and Tricky Tron were slow to begin. Jailor Bale and Demon Bale collided soon after the start. Jailor Bale checked off the heels of Tricky Tron on the first turn, checking Sea Fever. Chevsta checked off the heels of Dewana Special approaching the second turn. Jailor Bale and Sea Fever collided approaching the second turn. Demon Bale and Chevsta collided entering the back straight. Jailor Bale and Tricky Tron collided on the third turn. Erelda Bale and Dewana Express collided approaching the home turn.

Tricky Tron was vetted following the event. It was reported that there was no apparent injury found. 

Molly Bling was a late scratching at 5.14 PM (11/3/17) due to diarrhoea (GAR 23).  A 10 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards will require a veterinary certificate before any future nomination will be accepted. 

Abergavenny was slow to begin. Allen Gerwen and Lady Avenger collided soon after the start, checking both greyhounds. Abergavenny checked off Lady Avenger approaching the first turn. Abergavenny checked off the heels of Crump's Beauty approaching the first turn. Annabelle's Boy and Backin' Bully collided on the first turn, checking both greyhounds. Allen Gerwen checked off the heels of Annabelle's Boy on the first turn, severely checking Lady Avenger and Crump's Beauty. Lady Avenger fell as a result. Allen Gerwen checked off the heels of Backin' Bully entering the back straight. Annabelle's Boy and Backin' Bully collided in the back straight, checking Annabelle's Boy. Annabelle's Boy and Backin' Bully collided approaching the home turn and again on the home turn, checking both greyhounds.

Lady Avenger was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained soreness to the left pencil muscle, abrasions to the right hind metatarsal and spike wounds to the right hind toe, a ten day stand down period was imposed. 

Ziggy Punter stumbled at box rise and was slow to begin. Boy George and Crump's Princess were slow to begin and collided soon after the start. Our First Lady and Bucky Barnes collided in the back straight, checking Bucky Barnes. Our First Lady checked off the heels of Crump's Princess on the third turn. Crump's Princess and Prime Suspect collided on the third turn, checking Prime Suspect. Boy George checked off the heels of Our First Lady approaching the home turn. 

Ziggy Punter was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injury to the left triangle muscle, a fourteen day stand down period was imposed.

He Shall Fred was slow to begin. Krinon Brae, Zipping Bronze and Bulldog Warrior collided approaching the first turn. Krinon Brae, Zipping Bronze, Bulldog Warrior, Our Turbo Boy and Worthy Moment collided on the first turn, checking Krinon Brae, Zipping Bronze, Our Turbo Boy and He Shell Fred, and severely checking Bulldog Warrior and Worthy Moment. Worthy Moment fell as a result. Goldenpaw Jet checked off Dr. Cadenza on the first turn. Krinon Brae and Zipping Bronze collided on the first turn, checking both greyhounds. Dr. Cadenza and Krinon Brae collided on the second turn, checking Krinon Brae. Dr. Cadenza checked off Zipping Bronze entering the back straight, checking Krinon Brae. Krinon Brae checked off Dr. Cadenza in the back straight. Dr. Cadenza checked off Goldenpaw Jet in the home straight. 

Krinon Brae was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injury to the left deltoid muscle, a seven day stand down period was imposed. 

Worthy Moment was vetted following the event. It was reported that there was no apparent injury found. 

Stewards issued a warning to Mr. P. Leondaris, the trainer of Krinon Brae regarding the greyhound’s racing manners on the first turn.

Foxy Whip and Chain Of Fire were slow to begin. Lani Bale and Tiny Dreamer collided on the first turn, checking Tiny Dreamer. Three Scoops and Stevron Autos collided on the first turn, checking Stevron Autos. Three Scoops and Tiny Dreamer collided entering the front straight. Tiny Dreamer checked off Lopsided on the second turn. He's Ma Bro raced wide in the back straight. Lani Bale and Chain Of Fire collided in the home straight. Chain Of Fire failed to pursue the lure with due commitment in the home straight. 

Chain Of Fire was vetted following the event. It was reported that there was no apparent injury found. 

Stewards spoke to Mr. P. Dapiran, the trainer of the greyhound Chain Of Fire regarding the greyhounds racing manners in the home straight.  Acting under GAR 69(A)(1) stewards charged Chain Of Fire with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment. Mr. Dapiran  pleaded guilty to the charge, Chain Of Fire was found guilty and suspended for 28 days at Sandown and it was directed that the greyhound perform a Satisfactory Trial (all tracks), pursuant to GAR 69(A)(2)(a) before any future nomination will be accepted.
