This event was rescheduled to start at 7:26 pm at the request of Tabcorp.
Jacey Allen, Kooka Jak and Arion Bale were quick to begin. Don Lesta and Jacey Allen collided approaching the first turn. Gameron Bale, Kooka Jak and Arion Bale collided on the first turn, checking Kooka Jak which became unbalanced and contacted the rail. Gameron Bale and Arion Bale collided on the first turn. Gameron Bale and Flash Intention collided on the first turn. Arion Bale and Barellen Panther collided on the home turn. Don Lesta and Flash Intention collided on the home turn. Gameron Bale crossed to the outside on the home turn, checking Don Lesta. Flash Intention, Arion Bale, Fran Allen and Barellen Panther collided in the home straight.
Kooka Jak was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained a laceration to the left stifle, a 14 day stand down period was imposed.
