Steward's Report
Stewards spoke to Mr C Jaensch, the trainer of Bursting Flames, regarding the length of time the greyhound has had between races. Bursting Flames last raced on 25th August, 2015. Mr Jaensch stated that the greyhound was returning to racing after sustaining a torn back muscle.
Mepunga Ranger and Knocka's Choir were quick to begin. Bursting Flames and Buckle In collided soon after the start. Rebel Lady and Go Mobo collided soon after the start. Buckle In and Gee Boy collided approaching the first turn. Go Mobo and Bursting Flames collided approaching the first turn. Rebel Lady checked off Mepunga Ranger on the first turn and collided with Buckle In, resulting in Bursting Flames and Buckle being checked. Knocka's Choir and Gee Boy collided approaching the home turn. Knocka's Choir and Gee Boy collided approaching the winning post.
