Stewards spoke to Mr F Kadar the handler of Magic Super regarding the length of time the greyhound has had between races.Magic Super last raced on 14 September 16. Mr Kadar stated that the greyhound was returning from illness.

A pre-race sample was taken from Kodason, upon arrival at the course, prior to kennelling.

Mini Tron and Lady Of Ellie were quick to begin. Go Go Guru and Kodason were slow to begin. Magic Super crossed to the rail soon after the start, checking Master Al and Miss Dozer. Roland View, Magic Super and Lady Of Ellie collided on the first turn, checking Go Go Guru and Magic Super. Roland View checked off Mini Tron on the first turn, checking Magic Super, Go Go Guru and Master Al, Master Al raced wide as a result. Miss Dozer checked off Go Go Guru on the home turn and raced wide.

A sample was taken from Mini Tron - the winner of the event. 

A pre-race sample was taken from Zipping Luna. 

Skyrim and Kokoda Dreamin' were quick to begin. He Shall Peter, Price Is Right and Zipping Luna were slow to begin. He Shall Peter and Price Is Right collided soon after the start, checking He Shall Peter. Woodleigh Blaze and Isla Rose collided soon after the start, checking Isla Rose. Kokoda Dreamin' checked off Skyrim on the first turn. Price Is Right faltered on the first turn and tailed off.

Price Is Right was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injury to the left monkey muscle, a 14 day stand down period was imposed. 

A sample was taken from Juggernaut Train - the winner of the event. 

Three Scoops was quick to begin. Azurite was slow to begin. Three Scoops checked off Barroom Counsel approaching the second turn. Barroom Counsel checked off Azurite on the second turn. Three Scoops and Barroom Counsel collided in the back straight.

A pre race sample was taken from Mepunga Rosie.

Mepunga Rosie and Dewana Dimie were quick to begin. Bubba's Silvia and Bro Sam's Hook were slow to begin. Jet Setting and Aston Harvey collided soon after the start. Dewana Dimie and Bubba's Silvia collided on the first turn. Dewana Dimie and Bro Sam's Hook collided on the home turn.

He's Some Love and Pantera Nera were quick to begin. Dr. Yanma and Cry Later were slow to begin. He's Some Love crossed to the rail soon after the start, checking Sleek Master. Dr. Yanma checked off Cry Later on the first turn. He's Some Love and Pantera Nera collided on the first turn, checking He's Some Love. Harlon and He's Some Love collided entering the home straight.

Shez Sublime and Wynburn Alpha were quick to begin. Proven Kodiak and Paddy's Magic were slow to begin. Mystery Ride and Paddy's Magic collided approaching the first turn, checking Mystery Ride. Proven Kodiak and Paddy's Magic collided on the first turn, checking Paddy's Magic. Mystery Ride raced wide on the first turn. Wynburn Alpha and Shellington collided approaching the home turn. Wynburn Alpha raced wide on the home turn.

Mr. W. McMahon the trainer of the greyhound Precious Quality notified Stewards during kenneling that the greyhound had sustained an injury to the left front foot. Precious Quality was a late scratching at 5:32pm, due to injury (GAR 23).  A 10 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards will require a veterinary certificate before any future nomination will be accepted. 

Your Shout Punk and Aston Bolero were quick to begin. Mumma Josie and Shima Song were slow to begin. Hyundai Hawk and Mumma Josie collided approaching the first turn, checking Hyundai Hawk, which contacted the running rail and stumbled as a result. Super Sook raced wide entering the home straight. 

Hyundai Hawk was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injury to the left triangle, a 7 day stand down period was imposed.

Nangar Range and Dr. Sherlock were quick to begin. Nangar Range and Tuggeragh collided approaching the first turn, checking Tuggeragh and Aqua Cheetah. Tuggeragh, Aqua Cheetah and Dr. Sherlock collided on the first turn, checking Dr. Sherlock. Dr. Sherlock and Zall Good collided approaching the home turn. Zambora Brockie raced wide on the home turn.

Mrs V  Sultana trainer of Brooklyn Cruiser declared a new weight of 29.8kg for the greyhound in accordance with GAR 39(2). Brooklyn Cruiser last raced at 28.3kg.

Zabdon Ferrari was quick to begin. Dundee Osprey, Night King and Aston Dee Bee were slow to begin. Crackerjack Choc and Dundee Osprey collided soon after the start, checking Crackerjack Choc. Brooklyn Cruiser checked off Dundee Osprey on the first turn. and tailed off. 

Brooklyn Cruiser was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injury to the right triangle, a 21 day stand down period was imposed.

Master Mordecai was quick to begin. Zabdon Bluey and Dewana Express were slow to begin. Galaxy Star, Conquer Fear and Zabdon Bluey collided approaching the first turn. Galaxy Star and Conquer Fear collided on the first turn, checking Conquer Fear. Major Nippa checked off Dewana Express approaching the home turn. Zabdon Bluey and Black Pontiac collided approaching the home turn, and again on the home turn.

A pre-race sample was taken from Shotgun Doll, upon arrival at the course, prior to kennelling.

Gardot was quick to begin. Needs Wings, Demon Jesse and Annunaki were slow to begin. Mint Burst and Annunaki collided on the first turn, severely checking both greyhounds. No Road and Shotgun Doll collided on the first turn. Shotgun Doll checked off No Road approaching the home turn. 

Aztec Flash was slow to begin. Mick Mow and Crackerjack Roy collided soon after the start, checking Mick Mow. Falcao, Tuco Salamanca and Monster Roar collided on the first turn, checking Falcao and Tuco Salamanca, and severely checking Aztec Flash and Crackerjack Roy. Monster Roar, Dozer Tron and Hunter's Hero collided approaching the home turn, causing Monster Roar to stumble and lose considerable ground. Crackerjack Roy checked off Mick Mow on the home turn. Mick Mow and Crackerjack Roy collided in the home straight, and again approaching the winning post. 

Mick Mow was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustaineda left-hind back muscle injury, a 21day stand down period was imposed.
