Steward's Report
Pursuant to GAR 104 (6) Judge, Ms K McGrath did not act in any official capacity for this event.
A pre race sample was taken from Fatboy Linc.
Olivia Snow was a late scratching at 6.54pm by order of Stewards.
Moyarra Okuibi was quick to begin. Wild Robyn was very slow to begin (3 lengths). Fatboy Linc was slow to begin. Clovalley Belle and Jill Laker collided soon after the start. Sticka Step clipped the heels of Proven Kuga approaching the first turn. Clovalley Belle checked off Jill Laker on the first turn causing Fatboy Linc to race wide.
Stewards spoke to Mr D Scott representing trainer Mr D Boots regarding his failure to appear at the kennels by the appointed time to retrieve Olivia Snow for racing. Stewards charged Mr Scott with a breach of GAR 46(2) in that he appeared 4 minutes prior to the advertised start time to retrieve the greyhound for racing. Mr Scott pleaded guilty to the charge, Stewards found Mr Scott guilty of the charge and fined Mr Scott the sum of $250.
