Stewards spoke to Mr J. Taylor, trainer of the greyhound Let's Go Racing and issued a severe reprimand pursuant to GAR 31(2) as he arrived late on track to kennel the greyhound which resulted in the late closure of the kennels.

Stewards spoke to Ms S. Hooke, handler of the greyhound Swift Jaraig regarding the length of time the greyhound has had between races.  Swift Jaraig last racing on 5th June 2015.  Ms. Hooke stated that the greyhound was resuming after recovering from a shoulder injury.

Suspicious Cal was slow to begin.  Kinloch Creek, Gangalla Lodge and Ray's Rosie collided soon after the start.  Suspicious Cal and Kinloch Creek collided on the first turn.  Onslaught and Ray's Rosie collided on the first turn.  Gangalla Lodge and Swift Jaraig collided approaching the home turn checking Gangalla Lodge.

Allen Yeller was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injury to its left hind toe.  A 5 day stand down period was imposed.

Stewards spoke to Mr R. Moore, trainer of the greyhound Amelia Christa regarding the length of time the greyhound has had between races.  Amelia Christa last raced on 7th June 2015.  Mr. Moore stated that the greyhound was returning to racing after suffering a fracture to the right scapula.

Rosie Rocks was quick to begin.  Paris Roubaix and Elite Circle collided soon after the start.  Monster Deeds and Iona Blackflash collided approaching the first turn.  Gitcha Rich checked off Wobbler approaching the first turn.  Gitcha Rich faltered on the first turn.  Monster Deeds and Iona Blackflash collided approaching the home turn checking both greyhounds.  Jaraig Gangster and Paris Roubaix collided in the home straight.  Elite Circle and Iona Blackflash collided in the home straight and again approaching the winning post.

Gitcha Rich was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained injuries to its left hind toe and left triangle.  A 14 day stand down period was imposed.

Mr G. Glass, trainer of the greyhound Rennicane declared a new weight of 32.3kg for the greyhound in accordance with GAR 39(2). Rennicane last raced at 31.1kg.
