Eumeralla Magic was very slow to begin (6 Lengths). Djarragun was slow to begin. Blackberry Road and Undi Allen collided soon after the start. Blackberry Road and Djarragun collided approaching the first turn. Blackberry Road checked off Boris Winslow approaching the home turn. Undi Allen and Djarragun collided approaching the home turn. Bali Allen raced wide approaching the home turn. Woolly Warbo and Bali Allen raced wide in the home straight. 

Violets For Suzy, Unique Kaleesi and Ava's Girl collided soon after the start, checking all three greyhounds. Tronald Trump and Allen Earner collided on the first turn, checking Allen Earner. 

Dyna Beta was a late scratching at 5:45pm due to weight variation (GAR 39). A 10 day stand down period was imposed. Trainer Mrs. A. Dailly was fined the sum of $100.

Mausie and Trav Cee were slow to begin. Let's Go Racing checked off Ima Lonely Girl soon after the start and again approaching the first turn. Il Bacaro checked off Allen Jeer on the first turn. Jarleth was slow to begin. Ginto Zac, Gallo Allen and Fascinated collided soon after the start, checking Gallo Allen and Fascinated. Gold Bro and Highfield La La collided approaching the first turn, checking Highfield La La, which collided with Gallo Allen. Gold Bro and Fascinated collided approaching the wining post. 

A pre race sample was taken from Ima Lonely Boy.

Ima Lonely Boy was quick to begin. Karagiozis, Lektra Hombre and Lynlea Jake collided approaching the first turn, checking Lektra Hombre. Fear Helvetia checked off Classic Caper on the first turn. Karagiozis and Fear Helvetia collided entering the home straight. Lektra Hombre raced wide on the home turn. 

Stewards noted that as the race started a football landed on the outside of the track entering the home straight. Stewards were satisfied that the ball did not affect the running of the race and the all clear was given. 

Sisco Wake was slow to begin. Sisco Wake and Bourbski Fever collided soon after the start. Gangnam Style and Hession Boots collided on the first turn, checking Gangnam Style. Sisco Wake and Molly Michelle collided on the first turn and again on the second turn. What's Chewing checked off Hession Boots on the second turn. Molly Michelle faltered entering the back straight and tailed off. What's Chewing crossed to the rail on the third turn, checking Hession Boots. 

Molly Michelle was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained injuries to the left back muscle and both penil muscles, a 21 day stand down period was imposed. 

A sample was taken from Zipping Eastwood - the winner of the event. 

Ad's Boy was quick to begin. Time's Up Tom stumbled soon after the start and lost ground as a result. Reignlee, Dyna Jonah and Benny Big Head collided soon after the start, checking Dyna Jonah and Benny Big Head. Reignlee checked off Denya approaching the first turn. Denya and Reignlee collided approaching the home turn. Denya and Mazzetti collided entering the home straight. Dyna Jonah checked off Benny Big Head in the home straight. Denya, Reignlee and Mazzetti collided in the home straight. 

Reignlee was vetted following the event. It was reported that there was no apparent injury found. 

A sample was taken from Ad's Boy - the winner of the event.

Crackerjack Burn and Dyna Rapidash collided soon after the start. Crackerjack Burn, Dyna Rapidash and Kenju Bale collided soon after the start, checking Crackerjack Burn and Dyna Rapidash. Kenju Bale checked off Ponting's Nail approaching the first turn. Ponting's Nail and Glitterbug collided on the first turn, checking Glitterbug. Dyna Rapidash and Minority collided approaching the home turn. 

Stewards spoke to Mr. J. Cooper, the trainer of Maximum Owie regarding the length of time the greyhound has had between races.  Maximum Owie last raced on 15th May 2015. Mr. Cooper stated that the greyhound had been on season.

A pre race sample was taken from Cosmic Lacey.

Chatterbox Ella, Golden Swan and Rampaging Rosie were slow to begin. Golden Swan, Rampaging Rosie, Lulu Allen, Maximum Owie and Cosmic Lacey collided soon after the start, checking Rampaging Rosie, Maximum Owie and Golden Swan. Golden Swan checked off Maximum Owie approaching the first turn. Rampaging Rosie checked off Golden Swan on the first turn. 

Stewards spoke to Mr. S. Coulson, the handler of Oma's Girl regarding the length of time the greyhound has had between races.  Oma's Girl last raced on 22nd April 2015. Mr. Coulson stated that the greyhound was new to the kennel and was recovering from a hock injury.

New Club Crawf, Uptown Funk and Blue Boy were slow to begin. Two Snaps, Pop Ya Bubble and I've Got Wings collided on the first turn, checking I've Got Wings. 

I've Got Wings was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injury to the right chest, a 7 day stand down period was imposed. 

Blue Boy was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound was suffering an elevated temperature, a 14 day stand down period was imposed.

Pink Martini was quick to begin. Come On Lassy, Lynlea Jiddy, Dust Maker and Banana Blanket were slow to begin. Lynlea Jiddy, Dust Maker and Banana Blanket collided approaching the first turn, checking Dust Maker. Come On Lassy and Hashtag Danny collided on the first turn, checking Hashtag Danny, Lynlea Jiddy, Banana Blanket and Dust Maker. 

A sample was taken from Argenta - the winner of the event. 

Mr. John Cameron, trainer of Saint Oaks declared a new weight of 31.2kg for the greyhound in accordance with GAR 39(2). Saint Oaks last raced at 29.7kg.

Stefanovic and Swift Lacey collided soon after the start, checking Swift Lacey. Eumeralla Flash checked off Little Mix approaching the first turn. Thomeli Roar and Onslaught collided approaching the first turn, checking Onslaught, Tear Away Babe and Thomeli Roar. Saint Oaks galloped on the heels of Swift Lacey on the first turn, checking both greyhounds. Tear Away Babe and Swift Lacey collided approaching the home turn, checking Saint Oaks and causing Swift Lacey to fall.

Swift Lacey was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injury to the right chest and grazes to the right thigh, a 7 day stand down period was imposed. 

Little Mix was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injury to the left chest, a 7 day stand down period was imposed.
