Stewards spoke to Ms. A Powell, the trainer of Total Blonde regarding the length of time the greyhound has had between races. Total Blonde last raced on 06.06.15 and is returning to racing after injuring a right monkey muscle.
Electro Bale and Play A Kazoo were slow to begin. Electro Bale and Pass Of Time collided soon after the start, checking both greyhounds. Total Blonde checked off Samsara Lass on the first turn. Pass Of Time raced wide on the home turn and in the home straight. Play A Kazoo raced wide in the home straight. Premier Wally and Mary's Guess collided in the home straight.
