Frizzle Izzle and Twilight Callum collided on the first turn. Bert's Special, All Inn Kayla and Heleray Steele collided on the first turn. Bert's Special gallope on the heels of All Inn Kayla approaching the home turn checking both greyhounds. Heleray Steele and Twilight Callum collided entering the home straight. Heleray Steele checked off She's No Manic approaching the winning post.
Satisfactory Trial Results -(GAR 77A) - Stewards spoke to Mr C Bahen, the trainer of Midnight Zombie regarding the length of time since the greyhound last raced. Midnight Zombie last raced on 13th May 2016. Mr. Bahen stated that the greyhound was returning from a right hock injury. Pursuant to GAR 77A, Midnight Zombie trialled over the 390mt from box 8, weight 33.3kg, the greyhound was placed 3rd in a field of 4. The time of the trial was22.48, the greyhound was beaten by a margin of 2.25L. Midnight Zombie was Cleared.
