Bashful Babe was quick to begin. Swazza's Rocket, Black Paws and Ho Choi collided soon after the start. Ho Choi, Our Lilly and Patriotic Star collided on the first turn, checking Patriotic Star. Ho Choi and Hardy Chief collided on the home turn. Black Paws and He's An Omen collided on the home turn and again in the home straight.
Bashful Babe was vetted following the event. It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.
