Steward's Report
Miss Cersei was quick to begin. Jasmine Lilly, Sally Gardens and Just Ducal collided approaching the first turn. Sisco Wake checked off Zipping Geoff approaching the first turn. Rain Stream, Zipping Geoff and Sally Gardens collided on the first turn checking Sally Gardens and Just Ducal. Just Ducal galloped on the heels of Tears Siam approaching the second turn checking both greyhounds. Just Ducal checked off Sally Gardens on the third turn.
Tears Siam was vetted following the event and after being re-vetted following event 8, it was reported that the greyhound sustained injuries to the right shoulder and the medial left knee, a 10 day stand down period was imposed.
