Paranoia was slow to begin. Swan's Waddle and Quotation Mark collided soon after the start. Johnnie Red and African Rhino collided approaching the first turn. Henry checked off Johnnie Red on the first turn, checking Quotation Mark and African Rhino; causing Paranoia to race wide. Swan's Waddle and Henry collided in the back straight, checking Swan's Waddle, Quotation Mark and African Rhino. Quotation Mark, African Rhino and Swan's Waddle collided on the third turn, checking Swan's Waddle. Quotation Mark and Swan's Waddle collided entering the home straight.
