A pre race swab was taken from Fireball Jack.
Gelwix was slow to begin.
Lee I Am and Mahogany Saphire collided soon after the start checking Mahogany Saphire. Gelwix checked off Lee I Am approaching the home turn.
A sample was taken from Percy's Rebel the winner of the event.
Stewards spoke to Mr P. Santoro regarding the direction that the greyhound Lee I Am be boxed first. Acting under GAR 52(2) Stewards directed that this box first be removed.
