Donkey Tron was quick to begin. Leave Me Out was slow to begin. Barham Millich and Oliver Cruise collided soon after the start. Superior Swagger and Azza collided soon after the start. Oliver Cruise, Superior Swagger and Azza collided soon after the start. Barham Millich, Oliver Cruise, Superior Swagger and Azza collided several times at the 300m mark and again at the 250m mark, checking Superior Swagger. Superior Swagger and Azza collided at the 50m mark. Oliver Cruise and Azza collided at the 50m mark. Donkey Tron raced wide throughout the event.
