Mr G.Campbell was fined $50 for his failure to produce the registration papers for the greyhound Oh Lele Suzi pursuant to GAR 33.

Major Larry was quick to begin. Paint A Rainbow and Oh Lele Suzi collided approaching the first turn. Tizza Rebel and Major Larry collided on the first turn, checking Tizza Rebel, Ok Ollie, Banger Regis and Flying Do Do. Banger Regis raced wide on the first turn. Tizza Rebel and Paint A Rainbow collided approaching the home turn. Paint A Rainbow checked off Oh Lele Suzi approaching the home turn. Tizza Rebel and Paint A Rainbow collided approaching the home turn, checking Paint A Rainbow and Ok Ollie, causing Ok Ollie to race wide as a result.. Tizza Rebel and Oh Lele Suzi collided in the home straight.

Fu Shen was slow to begin. Sir Tim, Treatty, Touch Of Frost and Rodarte Quayle collided soon after the start, checking Treatty. Major Spoils, Rodarte Quayle and Shan Yao Shen collided approaching the first turn, checking Rodarte Quayle. Oakey Boy and Touch Of Frost collided on the first turn. Fu Shen checked off Treatty on the first turn and stumbled. Rodarte Quayle and Shan Yao Shen collided entering the home straight, checking Shan Yao Shen which collided with Treatty.

Fu Shen was vetted following the event. It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.

Reverie, Initial Factor and Any Silvers Bro were slow to begin. Kenzi and Sharon Benz collided soon after the start. Reverie, Saint Oaks and Melodramatic collided approaching the first turn. Saint Oaks, Moonlight Lace, Kenzi, Sharon Benz and Any Silvers Bro collided on the first turn, checking Any Silvers Bro, Sharon Benz, Moonlight Lace, Melodramatic and Initial Factor. Sharon Benz and Any Silvers Bro collided on the home turn.

Colloquial, Zed's Birthday and Podium Chance collided soon after the start, severely checking Colloquial which collided with Podium Chance. Miss Petrova and Tekki Yvettia collided approaching the first turn and again on the first turn, checking Miss Petrova. Ready Jet Go raced wide approaching the home turn. Ready Jet Go eased approaching the winning post and collided with Hashtag Jordan.

Colloquial was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injury to the left tricep, a 7 day stand down period was imposed.

Ready Jet Go was vetted and after being re-vetted following event 9, it was reported that there was no apparent injury found.

Stewards spoke to Mr P.Carmichael, the trainer of Ready Jet Go regarding the greyhounds racing manners approaching the winning post. Acting under GAR 69(A)(1) stewards charged Ready Jet Go with failing pursue the lure with due commitment. Mr Carmichael pleaded not guilty to the charge, Ready Jet Go was found guilty and suspended for 28 days at Warrnambool and stewards directed that the greyhound perform a Satisfactory Trial (all tracks), pursuant to GAR 69(A)(2)(a) before any future nomination will be accepted.  

Ressler was very slow to begin (2 1/2 lengths). Terrorizer, Twist Away and Infinite Senor collided soon after the start. Twist Away and Infinite Senor collided approaching the first turn. Deano's Gadget and Weather Whatever collided on the first turn, severely checking Weather Whatever which collided with Hero To Zero. Ressler raced wide on the first turn. Terrorizer and Hero To Zero collided approaching the home turn. Terrorizer and Inifinite Senor collided in the home straight.

Weather Whatever was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injury to the left triangle, a 7 day stand down period was imposed.

Bekim Vapour and Gee Boy collided soon after the start. Bursting Flames and Roger The Runner collided approaching the first turn, checking Thrasing Osti.   Ima Harley, Bursting Flames and Roger The Runner collided on the first turn. Bursting Flames and Puzzle And Me collided approaching the home turn. Ima Harley, Thrasing Osti and Roger The Runner collided on the home turn and again entering the home straight.

Smiley Sam, Call Me Hank, Cudgee Destroyer and Peregon Flyer collided soon after the start. Authentic Ace and Call Me Hank collided  on the first turn. Authentic Ace eased on the first turn and collided with Peregon Flyer. Cudgee Destroyer raced wide on the home turn.

Stewards spoke to Mrs L. Harrowfield, the trainer of the greyhound Authentic Ace regarding the greyhounds racing manners on the first turn. Authentic Ace was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injury to the left back muscle, a 7 day stand down period was imposed. Acting under GAR 69(B)(1), the stewards charged Authentic Ace with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment (by reason of injury). Mrs Harrowfield pleaded guilty to the charge, Authentic Ace was found guilty and stewards directed that the greyhound perform a Satisfactory Trial (all tracks) pursuant to GAR 69(B)(1)(a), before any future nomination will be accepted.

Belana Prince was vetted following the event and re-vetted following event 11. It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injury to the left hip, a 5 day stand down period was imposed. 

Stewards spoke to Mr R.Brewer, the trainer of the greyhound Belena Prince. Stewards deemed the performance of Belena Prince unsatisfactory approaching the home turn in this event and acting in accordance with GAR 71, Stewards directed Belena Prince must perform a Satisfactory Trial (all tracks) before any future nomination will be accepted.

Osti's Explorer was slow to begin. Horsham Myth, Bazzagrey and Go Go Danni collided approaching the first turn, checking Bazzagrey which fell as a result. Midnight Osti checked off Go Go Danni in the home straight.

Bazzagrey was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injury to the right triangle and left toe, a 10 day stand down period was imposed.

Naughty And Nice was quick to begin. Tang Shen and Ray's Rosie were slow to begin. Hoopla Doopla and Major Gold collided approaching the first turn, checking Hoopla Doopla and Tang Shen. Duval and Billy Beergarden collided on the first turn, checking Billy Beergarden which collided with Ray's Rosie. Naughty And Nice, Lace Parasol and Major Gold collided approaching the home turn, checking Major Gold.  Naughty And Nice and Ray's Rosie collided on the home turn, causing both greyhounds to race wide. Major Gold raced wide on the home turn. Major Gold checked off Ray's Rosie entering the home straight.

A pre race sample was taken from Miss Geeves. Miss Geeves was examined by the clubs veterinary surgeon and passed fit to race.

Wolf Spy went up with the lids at box rise and was slow to begin. Underbelly Angel and Red Sally was quick to begin. Dellavedova, Cosmic Jewel and Black Betsy collided approaching the first turn, checking Dellavedova. Another City checked off Red Sally approaching the home turn. Underbelly Angel and Red Sally collided on the home turn. Wolf Spy and Black Betsy collided in the home straight. Underbelly Angel checked off Red Sally in the home straight.

Missy Miss and Kinloch Creek collided soon after the start. Cyclone Polly and Aston Odious collided soon after the start, checking Cyclone Polly. Kirabilli Ronan and Missy Miss collided approaching the first turn, checking Kirabilli Ronan. Crymelon Ruby and Aston Odious collided approaching the first turn. Ernie Old and Kinloch Creek collided on the first turn, checking Kinloch Creek and Aston Odious. Crymelon Ruby, Aston Odius,and Cyclone Polly collided approaching the home turn, checking Slow Cooker, Crymelon Ruby and Cyclone Polly.
