Maisy Mac was quick to begin.  Lee I Am, Blue Away, Strongbeth and Apatchy Racer collided approaching the first turn, checking Strongbeth and severely checking Lee I Am and Blue Away.  Why Not Logan checked off Quint Bale on the first turn.  Why Not Logan and Apatchy Racer collided enteirng the home straight and several times in the home straight, checking Why Not Logan.  

The number 6 was inadvertedly placed on the semaphore board in third position before being corrected by the judge. The all clear was then notified on the numbers 4, 7, 8,with  5 and 6 dead heating for fourth placing.

Lee I Am was vetted following the event.  It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.

Blue Away was vetted following the event.  It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.

Andrea Dailly, trainer of Bradley Bale redeclared a new weight of 34.3kg for the greyhound in accordance with GAR 39(2). Bradley Bale last raced at 35.5kg.

Che Che Midi was quick to begin.  Tamron Bale and Hardy's Me Mum were slow to begin.  Jellybean Jess checked off Che Che Midi approaching the first turn.  Bradley Bale and Tamron Bale collided approaching the first turn, checking both greyhounds.  Runaway Shaye and Jellybean Jess collided on the first turn, checking Jellybean Jess and Hardy's Me Mum.  Tamron Bale and Bradley Bale collided approaching the home turn, severely checking Bradley Bale.  Jellybean Jess and Bally Zoro collided entering the home straight, checking Jellybean Jess.  Tamron Bale and Bally Zoro collided approaching the winning post.

Dyna Tiber and Let It Develop collided soon after the start.  Bojack Kahn, Minority and Jailor Bale collided soon after the start, checking Jailor Bale.  Dyna Tiber checked off India Pale approaching the first turn.  Jailor Bale checked off Helga Bale approaching the first turn.  Helga Bale and Bojack Kahn collided on the first turn, checking Bojack Kahn and India Pale.  Jailor Bale and Minority collided approaching the home turn, checking Minority.  Dyna Tiber, India Pale and Let It Develop raced wide in the home straight.

Stewards spoke to licensed person Ms K Heinrich and kennel attendant Mr. R.Gladman after it was established the greyhound Dyna Tiber was placed in an incorrect kennel race bay during kennelling.  After hearing evidence from both parties, Stewards charged Ms K Heinrich in breach of GAR 86(o) with negligence.  Ms K Heinrich pleaded guilty to the charge and Stewards issued a fine of $100.00.  

Kennel staff will be referred to Club management in regards to this matter.

Tantanoola and Ice Toronado collided soon after the start.  Cobalt Mist crossed to the rail approaching the first turn, checking Deli Allen, Thelma's Man and Tantanoola.  Ice Toronado and Cobalt Mist collided on the first turn, checking Cobalt Mist, Thelma's Man, Tantanoola and Deli Allen.  Tantanoola and Deli Allen collided in the back straight, and again on the second turn.  Cobalt Mist checked off Thelma's Man approaching the home turn.

Oh Lele Peter was slow to begin.  African Storm, Arolok Dora and Shankill Mo collided soon after the start, checking Shankill Mo and Arolok Dora.  Arolok Dora and Shankill Mo collided on the first turn, checking Shankill Mo.  Rowdy Ronda, Unbound, Play A Kazoo and Earl Bale entering the home straight, checking Rowdy Ronda, Arolok Dora and African Storm.  Rowdy Ronda, African Storm and Arolok Dora collided in the home straight, checking Arolok Dora and Rowdy Ronda.  Arolok Dora raced wide in the home straight.

Global Lad was a late scratching at 5.59PM on the advice of the Club’s Veterinary Surgeon due to illness. A 10 day stand down period was imposed.

Classy Boy was slow to begin.  Sisco Fiasco crossed to the rail soon after the start, checking Black Velcro, It's A Blast and Molly Michelle.  It's A Blast and Molly Michelle collided approaching the first turn.  It's A Blast checked off Black Velcro on the first turn and collided with Classy Boy.  It's A Blast raced wide in the back straight.  Waynewright, Arejay Smokey and Molly Michelle collided on the third turn.  Waynewright and Arejay Smokey collided approaching the home turn, checking Arejay Smokey and  Waynewright which collided with Black Velcro, causing Black Velcro to race wide as a result.

Molly Michelle was vetted following the event.  It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.

Stewards issued a warning to J McDowall, the trainer of Molly Michelle regarding the greyhound’s racing manners in the home straight.

Glitterbug, Star Titan, Mepunga Ledger and Dyna Chaser collided soon after the start, checking Star Titan and Mepunga Ledger.  Hardaway Law, Scenic Shot and Dyna Chaser collided on the first turn, checking Star Titan and severely checking Dyna Chaser which fell as a result.  Eroll Bale checked off Mepunga Ledger approaching the home turn.  Mepunga Ledgre checked off Scenic Shot on the home turn.  Hardaway Law and Mepunga Ledger collided in the home straight, checking Hardaway Law.

Dyna Chaser was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injured torn nail to the right front dew claw and the right hind claw, and an injured right hamstring, a 14 day stand down period was imposed.

Star Titan was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injured right triceps and left hamstring, a 7 day stand down period was imposed.

El Marny was vetted following the event.  It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.

Quarrel Bale and Jack Kade was quick to begin.  Cosmic Daicos was slow to begin.  Quarrel Bale and Sofa So Good collided approaching the first turn, checking Sofa So Good.  Forheza and Cee Ronaldo collided on the first turn, checking Cee Ronaldo and Pyrenees Grand.  Cosmic Daicos raced wide in the home straight.

The green light in the stewards tower was accidently bumped which resulted in the amber light at the starting boxes being prematurely activated.  The situation was resolved prior to any greyhounds being loaded into the starting boxes.

Noaki Lynx was quick to begin.  Ketut's Kaput and Liam collided approaching the first turn, checking Liam.  Blast Away, No Jockey Needed and Santa's Serena collided on the first turn, checking Santa's Serena and Blast Away.  Ketut's Kaput and Chloe's Hand collided approaching the home turn, checking Ketut's Kaput and Lass Bale.  Blast Away and Liam collided approaching the home turn, checking both greyhounds.  Blast Away, Ketut's Kaput and Liam collided entering the home straight, causing Ketut's Kaput, Lass Bale and Liam to race wide.

Peter Repeater and Bryvon collided soon after the start, checking Bryvon.  Bryvon checked off Conclave approaching the first turn.  Chicks Buzzard crossed to the rail on the first turn, checking Peter Repeater, Ice Cold Bundy, Samsara Lass and Conclave.  Ice Cold Bundy and Bryvon collided entering the home straight, checking Bryvon.  Peter Repeater raced wide approaching the winning post.
