Smashing Blue and Silver Wood collided soon after the start.  Teecee Raider checked off Startin To Shake approaching the first turn.  Smashing Blue, Silver Wood and Ermac Bale collided approaching the first turn checking Silver Wood.  Silver Wood, Better Beware and Startin To Shake collided on the first turn checking Silver Wood.  Smashing Blue, Ermac Bale, Windsor Prize and Duff Bale collided approaching the home turn checking Silver Wood, Better Beware and Windsor Prize.   Smashing Blue, Startin To Shake and Duff Bale collided approaching the home turn checking Duff Bale.  Silver Wood checked off Duff Bale approaching the home turn.  Silver Wood and Better Beware collided on the home turn and again entering the home straight.  Windsor Prize checked off Silver Wood in the home straight.  Smashing Blue checked off Silver Wood in the home straight.

Dr. Brownie was very slow to begin (4 lengths).  Smashing Wild was slow to begin.  Roll 'Em Zac checked off Will Be Back approaching the first turn.  Finchy checked off Aston Dawn on the first turn and collided with Smashing Wild.  Brianna Morgan and Will Be Back colided approaching the home turn.  Finchy, Smashing Wild and Roll 'Em Zac collided approaching the home turn checking Smashing Wild and Roll 'Em Zac.  Dr. Brownie checked off Finchy approaching the home turn checking Smashing Wild and Roll 'Em Zac.  Aston Dawn checked off Brianna Morgan entering the home straight.

Jordy Junior, Jet Pack Model and Sticka Step collided soon after the start and again approaching the first turn checking all three greyhounds.  Jet Pack Model checked off Jordy Junior on the first turn and collided with Sticka Step.  Spur Tron and Super Patricia collided on the first turn checking Spur Tron and Bruzzy Boucheau.  Spur Tron and Jordy Junior collided approaching the home turn, severely checking Spur Tron and Jordy Junior, checking Jet Pack Model and Sticka Step: Jordy Junior contacted the running rail as a result.  Super Patricia and Fredwyn collided approaching the home turn.  Sticka Step and Jordy Junior collided several times on the home turn and again in the home straight, severely checking both greyhounds which lost considerable ground as a result.

Jordy Junior was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained severe lacerations (grade 3) and a deep puncture wound to the underlying muscles above the left stifle bone and was humanely euthanased.

Pendles Power and Zipping Tazz were quick to begin.  Zulu Retreat and Nuggy Burger collided soon after the start.  Running Shadow, Pendles Power and Zipping Chrystal collided approaching the first turn checking Zipping Chrystal.  Running Shadow checked off Pendles Power on the first turn.  Nuggy Burger and Running Shadow collided on the home turn.  Zulu Retreat and Zipping Tazz collided on the home turn checking Zipping Tazz.

Lee Brilliance was quick to begin.  Dr. Valhalla was slow to begin.  Unlawful Entry, Crave and Desperate Pete collided soon after the start checking Unlawful Entry and Crave.  Moreira and Lee Brilliance collided approaching the first turn.  Absolute Silence and Lee Brilliance collided approaching the first turn.  Unlawful Entry galloped on the heels of Moreira approaching the first turn, severely checking Moreira which stumbled and lost considerable ground.  Crave and Desperate Pete collided on the home turn.  Unlawful Entry and Redhot Pursuit collided on the home turn.  Dr. Valhalla checked off Desperate Pete in the home straight.

Moreira was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained soreness to both shoulders, a 5 day stand down period was imposed.

The start of this race was delayed 3 minutes, firstly due to the late arrival of the greyhounds to the boxes, and secondly as a result of a mechanical fault with the trip mechanism which required repairs and testing of the boxes.

Sisco Wake and It's Lockie were slow to begin.  Ninety Five and Seeking Justice collided approaching the first turn checking Ninety Five.  Esparza, Ringer, Tricky Mover and Mo Town San collided on the first turn checking Esparza, Sisco Wake, Ringer, Tricky Mover and Seeking Justice.  Tricky Mover checked off Mo Town San approaching the second turn.  Nnety Five and It's Lockie collided on the second turn checking It's Lockie.  Esparza checked off Ringer approaching the home turn.  Esparza and Seeking Justice collided approaching the home turn.

Stewards spoke to P. Dapiran, trainer of the greyhound Tiny Oasis, as it had not raced since 8 April 2015. Mr Dapiran stated that the greyhound had had its tonsils removed.

Tiny Oasis and Kraken Soupy collided approaching the first turn checking Tiny Oasis.  Kraken Soupy and Miss Icy Fantasy collided on the first turn checking Kraken Soupy.  Miss Icy Fantasy, Sisco Fiasco and Lamia Bale collided approaching the home turn checking Sisco Fiasco.

Sisco Rage and Master Tron were slow to begin.  Dyna Alchemist and Spring Missile collided approaching the first turn.  Master Tron and Lucy Norris collided approaching the first turn checking Lucy Norris.  Master Tron and Morello collided on the first turn.  Rumbling Rick and Gaucho collided approaching the home turn checking Rumbling Rick.

Surf Jester was a late scratching at 1.47pm due to injury (GAR 23).  A 10 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards will require a veterinary certificate before any future nomination will be accepted.

 Stewards spoke to D. Fleming, trainer of the greyhound Bush Rebel, as it had not raced since 10 April 2015. Mr Fleming stated that the greyhound had recovered from an injury to the left shoulder.

Bush Courage was quick to begin.  Mumbles Murray, Bush Rebel and Fury Bale collided soon after the start.  Straw Hat Luffy and Tiggerlong Katut collided approaching the first turn.  Mumbles Murray and Tiggerlong Katut collided on the first turn.  Tiggerlong Katut checked off Mumbles Murray in the home straight.  Bush Rebel and Straw Hat Luffy collided in the home straight.  Straw Hat Luffy checked off Tiggerlong Katut approaching the winning post.

Avatar Becker and Velvet Hammer were slow to begin and collided soon after the start.  Matty Keeping checked off Sunlit Cobber on the first turn.  Silent Fletch and Sunlit Cobber collided in the home straight checking Silent Fletch.  Chief Brit and Silent Fletch collided approaching the winning post.

Pass Of Time and Allen Malik collided approaching the first turn checking Allen Malik.  Gaelic Peter and Stylish Fantasy collided on the first turn checking Gaelic Peter.  Gaelic Peter and Erratic Lord collided approaching the home turn and again on the home turn checking both greyhounds.  Pass Of Time and Fear The Best collided on the home turn.  Del Rio checked off Fear The Best in the home straight checking Erratic Lord.  Gaelic Peter and Del Rio collided in the home straight checking Gaelic Peter.  Gaelic Peter, Erratic Lord and Stylish Fantasy raced wide in the home straight.

Arie's Jewel and Bastet Bale collided soon after the start checking Arie's Jewel.  Kripke, Eddie Yap and Cosmic Ketut collided soon after the start.  Bastet Bale and Kripke collided on the first turn, severely checking both greyhounds.  Arie's Jewel and Shooter's Irish collided on the first turn.  Cosmic Ketut and Shooter's Irish collided approaching the home turn.  Arie's Jewel contacted the running rail approaching the home turn.  Eddie Yap and Shooter's Irish collided approaching the home turn.  Cosmic Ketut raced wide in the home straight.

Cosmic Ketut was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained soreness to the left pencil, left shoulder and left hock, a 7 day stand down period was imposed.

Shooter's Irish was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained soreness to the right shoulder, left hind leg and mild back pain, a 7 day stand down period was imposed.

Stewards spoke to Trainer, Mr D. Eddy regarding his difficulty in boxing the greyhound, Cosmic Ketut.  Stewards directed that Cosmic Ketut be boxed first in future events.
