Steward's Report
William McMahon, trainer of Dr. Peter, redeclared a new weight of 36.9 for the greyhound in accordance with GAR 39(2). Dr. Peter last raced at 35.2.
Pud was slow to begin. Kian's Hybrid and Aces High collided soon after the start. Aqua Lamont and Opal Bale collided approaching the first, checking Aqua Lamont. Aqua Lamont and Pud collided on the first turn, severely checking Pud which stumbled.
Pud was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained no apparent injury.
