Steward's Report
Go Go spaghettio and He's Innocent were slow to begin. He's Innocent and Rugall collided soon after the start checking He's Innocent. Feikuai Zack and Charlees Jackpot collided soon after the start. El Chana and Rugall collided approaching the first turn. El Chana, Feikuai Zack and Rugall collided on the first turn. Go Go Spaghettio and Feikuai Zack collided on the first turn and again approaching the third turn. Why Not Donna and Charlees Jackpot collided in the back straight checking He's Innocent. Feikuai Zack checked off Rugall on the fourth turn. He's Innocent marred the running of Why Not Donna approaching the winning post, severely checking Why Not Donna.
He's Innocent was vetted following the event. It was reported that there was no apparent injury found. Stewards spoke to Mr C. Russell, Trainer of He's Innocent. Acting under GAR 69(1), Stewards charged He's Innocent with marring. Mr Russell pleaded guilty to the charge, He's Innocent was found guilty and suspended for 3 months (All Tracks) and directed that the greyhound perform a Satisfactory Trial, All Tracks, pursuant to GAR 69(2)(b), before any future nomination will be accepted.
