Steward's Report
A pre race sample was taken from Marungi Choice.
Tobias Kelton, Benta Bale and Marungi Choice were slow to begin.
Tobias Kelton and Benta Bale collided soon after the start. Baron Bling crossed to the rail approaching the first turn checking Razldazl Pacino and colliding with Ivy Bale. Benta Bale and Razldazl Pacino collided on the first turn checking Razldazl Pacino. Ivy Bale and Baron Bling collided approaching the second turn, on the second turn and entering the back straight checking Benta Bale and severely checking Baron Bling which lost ground. Ivy Bale and Razldazl Pacino collided on the third turn. Benta Bale checked off Ivy Bale entering the back straight.
Baron Bling was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained a left hind fractured toe and split webbing, a 28 day stand down period was imposed.
