Cornelius Fudge was slow to begin.
Quantum Bale and Low Talker collided soon after the start. Gangnam Style and Quasi Bale collided several times from approaching the first turn to the third turn. Cornelius Fudge, Gangnam Style and Quasi Bale collided approaching the home turn. Gangnam Style checked off Quasi Bale on the home turn. Cornelius Fudge and Peggy Sable collided at the winning post.
Quasi Bale was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained a left hind sprung toe injury, a 28 day stand down period was imposed.
