Steward's Report
Repayments, Mepunga Armagh, Caustic Bale and Sonic Dash were slow to begin. Caustic Bale crossed to the rail soon after the start severely checking Mepunga Armagh and Repayments. Gaucho, Quantum Bale and Crackerjack Dak collided on the first turn. Caustic Bale and Sonic Dash collided approaching the second turn checking Sonic Dash. Caustic Bale checked off Crackerjack Dak on the second turn and collided with Mepunga Armagh as a result. Repayments and Caustic Bale collided approaching the home turn.
Repayments was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injury to its right calf. A 5 day stand down period was imposed.
