Steward's Report
Dyna Braniac was late scratching at 4.42pm due to illness. A 10 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards will require a veterinary certificate before any future nomination will be accepted.
Dashing Roman was quick to begin and crossed to the rail soon after the start. Allen Icarus checked off Galactic Viper on the first turn. Motangi checked off Le Luca on the third turn. Le Luca checked off Memphis Jookin' on the third turn.
MEETING COMMENTS:
Stewards today were to conduct a scheduled inquiry with licenced trainer, Ms N Davis regarding the circumstances pertaining to the late scratching of Dorian Bale from Race 9 at the Cranbourne Greyhound Meeting on 6.5.15 after the incorrect greyhound was presented at kennelling. Stewards received a telephone call from Ms Davis this afternoon stating she was unable to attend. Stewards accepted her explanation and have advised her that the inquiry will be re-scheduled at a date to be confirmed.
