Steward's Report
A pre-race sample was taken from Velloway prior to kennelling upon arrival at the course.
Paranoia, Velloway and Hakata Bale were slow to begin.
Fixate crossed to the rail approaching the first turn checking Lakeview Harley, Yaris Bale and Fixate collided as a result. Yaris Bale checked off Fixate on the first turn checking Lakeview Harley. Tambay Bale, Velloway and Hakata Bale collided on the first turn checking Velloway and Hakata Bale, Paranoia raced wide as a result. Linco Bale galloped on Velloway on the third turn severely checking Velloway, and checking Linco Bale and Hakata Bale.
Velloway was vetted following the event. It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.
