Bet Bet Curly was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained injuries to the right back muscle and left pencil, a 14 day stand down period was imposed. 

J. Sharp, trainer of Dark Obsession redeclared a new weight of 29.0kg for the greyhound in accordance with GAR 39(2). Dark Obsesssion last raced at 27.7kg.

Flying Do Do and Ok Ollie collided approaching the first turn. Southwood Jack, Cowboy Love and Magic Room collided approaching the first turn. Southwood Jack checked off Cowboy Love on the first turn. Ray's Rosie checked off Southwood Jack approaching the home turn. Flying Do Do checked off Ray's Rosie approaching the home turn. Ray's Rosie checked off Magic Room in the home straight. Patches Brindle and Cowboy Love collided in the home straight.

Our Zayney Nash was slow to begin. Got Held Up and Vapour Caper collided soon after the start. Dorian Bale and Dyso Matt collided approaching the first turn. Lynlea Jiddy crossed to the rail approaching the first turn, checking Dyso Matt. Vapour Caper crossed to the rail on the first turn, checking Dyso Matt, Dorian Bale and Got Held Up. Dorian Bale and Dyso Matt collided approaching the home turn, severely checking Dorian Bale. 

Dorian Bale was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained injuries to both hips and the left shoulder, a 14 day stand down period was imposed. 

Abby's Hand was a late scratching at 6.05p.m. on the advice of the Club’s Veterinary Surgeon due to illness. A 7 day stand down period was imposed.

Molly Michelle was slow to begin. Molly Michelle checked off Macey Blue soon after the start, severely checking Molly Michelle, which stumbled and lost ground as a result. Terrorizer, Fluke Of Fantasy, Granville's Call and Macey Blue collided on the first turn, checking Fluke Of Fantasy, and severely checking Granville's Call and Macey Blue. Granville's Call and Macey Blue collided approaching the home turn, checking Granville's Call. Terrorizer checked off Hurricane Ash in the home straight. Banana Blanket and Hurricane Ash collided in the home straight, checking Banana Blanket. 

Molly Michelle was vetted following the event. It was reported that there was no apparent injury found. 

A sample was taken from Fluke Of Fantasy - the winner of the event. 

Kifinti was a late scratching at 6.16p.m. on Veterinary advice (GAR 37(fleas)). No stand down period was imposed. Stewards will require a veterinary certificate of clearance, before any future nomination will be accepted. 

Tarn Star was quick to begin. Punk Pirate and Cerrone collided soon after the start, checking Cerrone. Punk Pirate and Elly's Dream collided on the first turn, checking Cerrone, Little Pookie and Lektra Khan. Elly's Dream and Lektra Khan collided entering the home straight. Punk Pirate, Tarn Star and Supreme Deal collided in the home straight, checking Tarn Star. Supreme Deal and Tarn Star collided approaching the winning post. 

Platinum Shen, Scenic Shot and Wayfarer were quick to begin. Norman Benz and Who's Doing What collided soon after the start, checking Norman Benz. Norman Benz and Blistering Bob collided on the first turn,checking Norman Benz. Fourth Choice, Platinum Shen and Punk Panther collided on the first turn, severely checking Who's Doing What, Blistering Bob, Norman Benz and Platinum Shen. Who's Doing What checked off Norman Benz entering the home straight. Who's Doing What veered in and marred the running of Norman Benz approaching the winning post. 

Platinum Sheen was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injury to the right pencil, a 5 day stand down period was imposed. 

Who's Doing What was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injury to the right wrist, a 7 day stand down period was imposed. 

Stewards spoke to Mr. T. Price, the trainer of the greyhound Who's Doing What regarding the greyhounds racing manners approaching the winning post.  Acting under GAR 69(1) stewards charged Who's Doing What with marring. Mr. Price pleaded guilty to the charge, Who's Doing What was found guilty and suspended for 28 days at Warrnambool and directed that the greyhound perform a Satisfactory Trial (all tracks), pursuant to GAR 69(2)(a) before any future nomination will be accepted.

A pre race sample was taken from Go Go Treetment. 

Macburner was quick to begin. Kirabilli Ronan and India Pale were slow to begin. Kirabilli Ronan, Oh Lele Peter and Go Go Treetment collided soon after the start. Kirabilli Ronan checked off Go Go Treetment approaching the first turn, and stumbled as a result. Duff Bale and Oh Lele Peter collided on the first turn. Go Go Treetment checked off New Job Jimmy on the first turn. India Pale checked off Macburner approaching the home turn. Duff Bale and New Job Jimmy collided on the home turn. 

Macburner was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained soreness to the saddle muscle and a torn nail on the left hind foot, a 7 day stand down period was imposed. 

Kirabilli Ronan was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained injuries to the saddle muscle and left wrist, a 7 day stand down period was imposed. 

A pre race sample was taken from Darley Tuesday.

Maximum Mak, Nictaynel and Carlanna Sharna collided approaching the home turn, checking Maximum Mak. 

Hermoso was quick to begin. Pep Cee Kola and Bernmar Princess collided soon after the start, checking Bernmar Princess. Mick Rydian and Paddy's Nemo collided approaching the first turn, checking Paddy's Nemo. Mighty Sam checked off Mick Rydian on the first turn. Mick Rydian and Chim Chiminey collided approaching the home turn. Chim Chiminey and Snitzel Von Krum collided entering the home straight. 

Meeting Comments:

Satisfactory Trial Results - Boris Bekim trialled over the 390m from box one, weight 35.8kg, the greyhound was placed third in a field of four. The time of the trial was 22.36, the greyhound was beaten by a margin of six lengths. Boris Bekim was Cleared. 

Satisfactory Trial Results - Ultimate Cash trialled over the 390m from box eight, weight 32.7kg, the greyhound was placed second in a field of four. The time of the trial was 22.36, the greyhound was beaten by a margin of 4 lengths. Ultimate Cash was Cleared. 

Satisfactory Whelping Trial (Solo) - Bozzie's Girl trialled over the 390m from box one, weight 25.7kg. The time of the trial was 22.62, Bozzie's Girl was Cleared.
