Celica Bale and Qura Allen were quick to begin. Mahaya was slow to begin. Gym Boots crossed to the rail approaching the first turn, causing Celica Bale, Mabel Allen, Night King and Qura Allen to collided, checking Mabel Allen, Night King and Qura Allen. Elusive Jewel and Quartz Vein collided approaching the first turn, and agin on the first turn, severely checking Mahaya, Quartz Vein fell as a result. Qura Allen and Elusive Jewel collided on the first turn. Mabel Allen, Night King and Gym Boots collided approaching the second turn, severely checking Night King and Gym Boots.

Qura Allen was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained a torn nail on the left front foot, a 7 day stand down period was imposed

Mahaya was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained injuries to the left front sesamoid, left wrist and right triangle, a 10 day stand down period was imposed. 

Quartz Vein was vetted following the event. It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.

Dyna Camo was very slow to begin (3 Lengths). Grand Intention and He's Some Love collided soon after the start. Helma Bale crossed to the inside approaching the first turn, checking Mister Brown. Grand Intention, He's Some Love, Helma Bale and Tiggerlong Await collided approaching the first turn, checking Grand Intention, He's Some Love and Helma Bale. Dyna Jonah checked off Fleetwood Zac approaching the first turn, checking He's Some Love. Grand Intention contacted the running rail approaching the first turn. Dyna Jonah, He's Some Love and Helma Bale collided approaching the second turn, checking He's Some Love. Dyna Jonah, Dyna Camo and Helma Bale collided entering the back straight, checking Dyna Jonah. Tiggerlong Await and Fleetwood Zac collided on the third turn. 

Grand Intention was vetted following the event. It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.

Bruce Tycoon, Ella's Cruising and Ponting's Nail collided approaching the first turn, checking Ella's Cruising, Blue Alcatraz, Spring Bumblebee and Bruce Tycoon, Blue Alcatraz stumbled as a result. Bruce Tycoon and Ella's Cruising collided on the second turn, checking Ella's Cruising. Spring Bumblebee checked off Ella's Cruising approaching the third turn. Spring Bumblebee and Ella's Cruising collided in the home straight.

Who Dey and Mick's Angel were slow to begin. It's A Bird, Mepunga Rosie, Emily Jane and Paraphernalia collided on the firs turn, checking Lektra Kelly, Mepunga Rosie and Emily Jane. It's A Bird and Paraphernalia collided in the front straight. Mepunga Rosie contacted the running rail approaching the fourth turn. It's A Bird and Emily Jane collided on the fourth turn. Who Dey checked off Mepunga Rosie on the fourth turn. Mick's Angel checked off Lektra Kelly entering the back straight. Lektra Kelly, It's A Bird, Mick's Angel and Emily Jane collided on the fifth turn, checking Lektra Kelly and Mick's Angel. It's A Bird and Emily Jane collided several times approaching the home turn. Paraphernalia tired over the concluding stages of the event. 

All A Blaze, Aeroplane Tommy and Cactus Jack were slow to begin. All A Blaze and Aeroplane Tommy collided soon after the start, checking Aeroplane Tommy. All A Blaze checked off Dyna Juggler approaching the first turn. Radio Silent, Demon Bale and Mepunga Joffa collided on the first turn, checking Radio Silent, Cactus Jack and Allen Punter. Demon Bale, Mepunga Joffa and Dyna Juggler collided on the first turn, checking Demon Bale and Mepunga Joffa. Demon Bale checked off Allen Punter on the third turn, and again on the home turn.

Pomp Fiction, Invictus Rapid, Felton Bale and Silverali collided on the first turn, checking Tuxedo Black and Felton Bale, and severely checking Wot Price Flash. Invictus Rapid and Kilty Express collided on the third turn. Pomp Fiction and Felton Bale collided on the third turn, checking Felton Bale. 

Wot Price Flash was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained cuts to the left front flexor tendon and left hind leg, a 21 day stand down period was imposed.

Aqua Cheetah and Nobu were slow to begin. Weekend Binge and Nitro Deception collided soon after the start. Ando's Mac crossed to the rail approaching the first turn, checking Jailor Bale. Black Mumbo and Weekend Binge collided on the first turn. Aqua Cheetah, Jailor Bale and Nobu collided on the first turn. Aqua Cheetah and Weekend Binge collided on the second turn. Black Mumbo checked off Ando's Mac entering the back straight. Nitro Deception and Nobu collided entering the back straight, causing Nobu to stumble. Weekend Binge checked off Black Mumbo on the home turn.

Blue Revolver was slow to begin. Shirdon Connorae and Absolute Power collided soon after the start. Absolute Power checked off Shirdon Connorae approaching the first turn, checking Dyna Chaser. Why Not Sue, Dyna Chaser and Absolute Power collided on the first turn, severely checking Why Not Sue and Dyna Chaser. Daliya Bale, Quaint Bale and Blue Revolver collided on the first turn. Absolute Power checked off Blue Revolver approaching the home turn.

Jive Time checked off Dyna Irminus approaching the first turn, causing Jive Time to contact the running rail. Paua To Roar and Eli's Jet collided on the first turn. Tiggerlong Katut, Dyna Irminus and Sausage Sizzle collided on the first turn, checking Dyna Irminus and Sausage Sizzle, which raced wide as a result. Sausage Sizzle and Lektra Hutch collided in the home straight.
