Stewards spoke to Mr. P. Martin, the trainer of Vane Blue regarding the length of time the greyhound has had between races. Vane Blue last raced on 18th April 2016 and is returning to race after recovering from a virus.
Sindy's Girl was quick to begin. Vane Blue was slow to begin. Sindy's Girl, Levenseat Bevan, Hyundai Hawk and Kayla Las collided approaching the first turn checking Hyundai Hawk and Kayla Las. Cruella Deville and Kayla Las collided on the home turn. Kayla Las and Vane Blue collided on the home turn.
