A pre race sample was taken from Angel Of Glory.
Gold Compass was quick to begin. Tredgar was slow to begin. Angel Of Glory, Dovizioso and Tredgar collided soon after the start checking all three greyhounds. Dee's Diamond and Wet And Wild collided several times approaching the first turn. Dovizioso checked off Angel Of Glory approaching the home turn checking Tredgar. Dovizioso and Tredgar collided entering the home straight. Dee's Diamond raced wide on the home turn and again in the home straight.
