Fab Dream and Merinda Ollie collided approaching the first turn, checking Merinda Ollie. Haptic Bale and Fab Dream collided approaching the first turn, checking Haptic Bale. Fab Dream checked off Spookie Assassin on the first turn. Haptic Bale raced wide on the home turn, checking Fab Dream and Ipswich Bale. Ipswich Bale raced wide on the home turn. Merinda Ollie raced wide approaching the winning post. It was noted that Ipswich Bale and Haptic Bale tired over the concluding stages of the event.
