Stylish Al was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained an abrasion on the nose, left hind lateral pad and injury to the right monkey muscle. A stand down period of 21 days was imposed.

All Inn April was vetted following the event. It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.

Stewards spoke to Mr. G. Berry, the trainer of Princess Vintage and issued a warning regarding his failure to appear at the kennels by the appointed time to retrieve the greyhound for racing.

Proper Bluey and Sparkeen collided entering the home straight checking Sparkeen which collided with Oriental Lord. Sparkeen and All Inn Boston collided in the home straight.

Stewards spoke to Mr. J. Stemmer, the trainer of Love Capers regarding the length of time the greyhound has had between races.  Love Caper last raced on 09/12/2015. Mr. Stemmer stated that  the greyhound was returning from being on season.

Seabrook Oscar and Iron Side were slow to begin. Sachi and Clovalley Dolly collided approaching the first turn checking Clovalley Dolly. Two Pointover checked off Sachi approaching the first turn. Love Capers, Iron Side and Two Pointover raced wide enetring the home straight.

Satisfactory Trial Results (GAR 77A) - Stewards spoke to Mr. H. Theordorakopoulos, the trainer of Little Miss Giggles regarding the length of time since the greyhound last raced.  Little Miss Giggles last raced on 06/11/2016. Mr. Theordorakopoulos stated that the greyhound was returning to race after being on season and also a monkey muscle injury. Pursuant to GAR 77A, Little Miss Giggles trialled over the 425M from box 1, weight 28.9K, the greyhound was placed 2ND in a field of 4. The time of the trial was 24.57, the greyhound was beaten by a margin of 1.25L. Little Miss Giggles was Cleared.
