Steward's Report
Spring Gonzales faltered approaching the first turn underwent a post–race veterinary examination and was found to have a left back muscle injury. A 60 day stand down period was imposed.
Audacious Livvy underwent a post–race veterinary examination and was found to have a right sesamoid injury. A 7 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards spoke to Mr Kevin Wainwright regarding Auidacious Livvy ’s racing manners on the home turn and entering the home straight. Acting under the provisions of GAR 125, Audacious Livvy was charged with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment (by reason of injury). Mr Wainwright pleaded[guilty / not guilty]to the charge. Audacious Livvy was found guilty and must perform a Satisfactory Trial in accordance with GAR 125, and pursuant to GAR 132, before any future nomination will be accepted.
