Bomber's Shadow – Late scratching at 10:31am due to weight variation (GAR 101). Bomber's Shadow is not permitted to compete for 10 days in any other Event. Trainer, Mr. Geoffrey Green was fined $100.

Terrorising Tom and Hurricane Elsie were slow to begin.

Hurricane Elsie (poor performance) underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was re-examined following event 5 - no apparent injury was reported. Stewards spoke to representative Ms. Victoria Sultana regarding the overall performance of Hurricane Elsie. After hearing submissions from Ms. Sultana, viewing the available race footage and having their own observations, a warning was issued. 

Kokoda Trail underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a right front split webbing. A 14 day stand down period was imposed.

Rochard was quick to begin. Dr. Nash was slow to begin. 

Black Smiley – Late scratching at 6:41am when Mr. Billy Stockdale reported the greyhound to have diarrhoea (GAR 76). A 10 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards will require a veterinary certificate pursuant to GAR 19(3)(w) before any future nominations will be accepted.

Swiper was quick to begin. Dermott Rose was slow to begin.

A post-race urine sample was taken from Swiper - the winner of the event. 

Be Little and Magical Paws were quick to begin. 

A pre-race urine sample was taken from Hurricane Miami. 

Hurricane Miami was quick to begin. Jams Nimble and Tricky Kelvin were slow to begin.  

Jams Nible (checked in the back straight and fell) underwent a post-race veterinary examination - no apparent injury was reported. 

Dr. Zeppelin, Mighty Hannibal and Cher's Hand were slow to begin. 

A post-race urine sample was taken from Anna - the winner of the event. 

A pre-race urine sample was taken from Dr. Brooklynn. 

Mr. Charlie Galea requested an early race endorsement for Ashley Hook. The On–Track Veterinarian completed an extensive examination prior to racing and found no evidence to support the request and deemed Ashley Hook fit to start. As such, the Stewards did not approve the early race request.

Ashley Hook, Brocky Sands and Inter Cyborg were quick to begin. Black Prestige went up with the lids at box rise and was slow to begin. 

Dr. Lettie – New declared weight of 27.4kg, last raced at 26.0kg. 

Gotham Marquess was slow to begin. 

Apple Cherry and Chloe The Outlaw were slow to begin. 

Mr. Joseph Sultana was issued with a warning under GAR156(f) for negligence, after the greyhound Gero Lad was placed in the incorrect kennel during the kennelling process. Similarly, Club Officials were reminded of their responsibilities and the matter was referred to the Club Manager. 

Select Jealous and Gero Lads were quick to begin. Carlin was slow to begin. 

Stewards spoke to kennel representative Ms Jennifer Gill in relation to the bona fides of the withdrawal of Elite Dara from this race. Stewards noted Ms. Gill's comments.

A pre-race sample was taken from Dr. Ducky. 

Strike It Ryker was quick to begin. Episode Five was slow to begin. 

Rhonda Gem was quick to begin.

Mr. Charlie Galea was reminded of his responsibilities for failing to follow the Starter's orders when boxing Shinning Hook, pursuant to GAR 105.
