Crusoe Pearl was quick to begin. Armagh was slow to begin.
Squiggly Bob (faltered in the back straight and subsequently tailed off) underwent a post–race veterinary examination and was found to have right and left gracilis muscle injuries. A 60 day stand down period was imposed.
